My name's Luke; I'm a young adult from Northern Ireland, currently working in Belfast, I graduated from queens' university in 2008. Interests include: sci-fi, horror, fantasy, cult tv, the stuff listed in my interests section and one or two other things.
Not the most informative profile- but there you go.
Wait, you want more? OK. My favourite show of all time is probably Doctor Who, been a fan of it since I was a child. I love both the old and new series, and all the incarnations of the Doctor. I also like most of the companions, although my favourite is probably Donna Noble. Just loved her fire, energy and the fact while she liked The Doctor she wasn't in awe of him. And Catherine Tate was a revelation in the part.
I openly admit to being an unashamed fanboy, and occasionally being a little overzealous. That being said, I don't mind getting into discussions, debates etc. so long as it's either intelligent or at least entertaining.
I'm sometimes... a bit sharp or moody, but most of the time I'm a fun enough guy. I like going out, hanging with friends, going to concerts etc. Unfortunately at the minute lack of work/fundings means I can't do this as much as I would like but I'm trying to rectify this at the minute.
I occasionally dabble in fanfiction, to mixed results. One of my earlier fics was msted, which I am in equal parts proud of and embarassed about. Although I openly admit I'm often just writing for myself, but if others like it, that's fine.
I've also developed a habit for travelling, particularly to London to go to the theatre.
I have had the honour of meeting some famous people that I admire. And often embarrasing myself greatly in the process. Something I'm trying to work on.
Oh, one more thing. The whole Donna's amazing hypnotic bosom/hypnoboobies meme? That was my invention. I am so, so sorry.
